Step 1: Bill Proposal

You can benefit from our blog, available to all subscribers, to stay updated on any upcoming or ongoing regulatory developments; activate the automatic alert system to receive updates on the topics that interest you. The blog also includes our experts’ comments and, where applicable, downloadable tools to comply with the obligation (e.g., Smartcheck, e-learning videos, Podcasts, Digital Templates, etc.).

Step 2: Approval of the Bill

Once a new text or modification of an existing law is enacted, it is added to the database with all information about the changes, the estimated effective date, and links to further details, if necessary. Users receive an email notification as soon as a new requirement of this type is added by our experts. You can also print a Legal Watch Bulletin summarizing the latest updates (X days, where X is your choice).

Step 3: Coming into Effect

As soon as a modification or new requirement comes into effect, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to visit the website to learn about the requirement (under the "Legal Watch" tab). By accessing the website, you have continuous access to the database of legal requirements by article and paragraph at the National and Regional levels, as well as prescriptions/recommendations from key recognized specialized bodies.
